Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Poitiers, France and from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Subject of the Ph.D. Thesis: Contributions to the study of a three-phase doubly-salient stator-permanent-magnet flux-reversal motor (Ph.D. Co-advisors: Prof. Mircea M. Radulescu and G.CHAMPENOIS from the University of Poitiers, France ).


 

 

1999 - 2003:

Research Fellow in the Small Electric Motors and Electric Traction Group (Head: Prof.Dr. Mircea M. Radulescu) Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Technical University Cluj-Napoca, Romania, working on research projects in the area of small electronically-commutated motors and direct torque control of AC traction drives.

1999 March - May:

Electrical Engineering Diploma Project "AC/AC matrix converters for electric drive applications" prepared at the Technical University Chemnitz, Germany within the framework of SOCRATES-ERASMUS European Inter-University Cooperation Programme.

2001 January - March & August - November:
