Research Topic: Switched Reluctance Motor Based Drive Systems

Objectives: Research and development of intelligent drive systems based on Switched Reluctance Motors of proper construction.

Main Achievements:

Design and manufacturing of a 3 phase, 6/4 SRM,
Design and manufacturing of a 4 phase, 8/6 SRM
Design and manufacturing of a poly-phase dual-voltage inverter for SRM
Electromechanical Testing platform for SRM-based drive systems
Virtual instrumentation platform based on labVIEW package for SRM analysis
DSP platform for SRM control.
