Sorin Buzura


Eng. Sorin Buzura

I hold an assistant professor position in the Computer Science Department of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. I studied at the same University, in 2012 I graduated with a BSc degree in Computer Science and in 2014 I obtained a MSc degree in the field of Computer Networks and Distributed Systems. In 2019 I became a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Eng. Vasile Teodor Dadarlat doing research in the field of software-defined networking with application in wireless sensor networks. I also have >10 years experience working in the computer science industry as a software engineer and I enjoy the technical and teaching roles in the projects I'm involved in.
