Welcome!
I am Teodora Sanislav, a computer science engineer, and I hold an Associate Professor position in the Department of Automation of the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science. I received my B.Sc. Diploma from Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in 2003 and my PhD in Systems Engineering in 2013 from the same university with the PhD thesis, Dependability Techniques in Cyber Physical Systems, which aimed to design and develop a solution that ensures the dependability in CPSs. Between 2004 and 2011, I worked as a scientific researcher in a research institute in the field of automation.
Research Interests
My research interests are in the areas of Cyber-Physical Systems, IoT solutions, Big Data, dependability (availability, reliability, safety, integrity and maintainability), artificial intelligence techniques and energy harvesting techniques.
Teaching
I lead course lectures, laboratory sessions and/or project activities for the following disciplines:
- Relational and Non-relational Databases
- Big Data for Cyber-Physical Systems
- Computer Programming and Programming Languages
