Submission of papers
Submission via e-mail
(preferred)
For submission via e-mail send your paper to acta.tehnica.napocensis@com.utcluj.ro in Microsoft Word (.doc) or Adobe Reader (.pdf) with the full title but without the author's name and affiliation (in anonymous form). We are recommending to include in Subject section of the mail the words “paper submission”.
Separately, include the
article's name and the full list of authors in the mail body. Send this mail
both to the Journal email and Executive Editor's email to prevent any error in
email handling.
Include name and
affiliation only in the final version of the paper (after reviewing).
For the final version it is
mandatory to send .doc (Microsoft Word non-protected) and .pdf versions. It is
strongly recommended to use the template
provided for .doc documents even in the initial phase (reviewing).
Submission via regular mail
Prospective authors are kindly requested to submit 5 (five) copies of their contribution (in anonymous form), which should be at most 12 pages long on a A4 sheet.
