My name is Teodora Sanislav and I am a computer science engineer. I received my B.Sc. Diploma from Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in 2003 and my PhD in Systems Engineering in 2013 from the same university with the PhD thesis, Dependability Techniques in Cyber–Physical Systems, which aimed to design and develop a solution that ensures the dependability in CPSs. Between 2004 and 2011, I worked as a scientific researcher in a research institute in the field of automation. Currently, I hold a Lecturer position in the Automation Department of the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science.

My research interests are in the areas of information systems (in particular Cyber-Physical Systems and IoT solutions), dependability (availability, reliability, safety, integrity and maintainability), security (confidentially), artificial intelligence techniques and energy harvesting techniques.

I lead course, lab or project sections for the following disciplines:

  • Computer Programming
  • Relational Databases
  • Industrial Informatics
