Starting with 2001, as an IPPRRC member, I've been involved in research projects with the automotive industry (Volkswagen AG, Robert Bosch GmbH), FP7 European projects, and national research grants.
My research activities and experience are mainly related to computer vision, applied for Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS).
In particular, my past and present research topics are: stereovision (calibration, matching, 3D reconstruction), and 3D environment perception for ADAS (road surface detection, curb detection, free space detection, etc.).
